A spacecraft carrying Chinese astronauts has departed for a mission to the Tiangong Space Station. The launch marks the beginning of China’s latest space station expedition.
According to reports, Lai Ka-ying, a Hong Kong-born astronaut, is part of the crew on this mission. This is the first time an astronaut from Hong Kong has traveled to space.
