FBI Director Kash Patels defamation lawsuit against Frank Figliuzzi is dismissed by judge

A federal judge has dismissed FBI Director Kash Patel’s defamation lawsuit against news analyst Frank Figliuzzi. The lawsuit, filed by Patel, alleged that Figliuzzi had made false statements about his conduct.

Patel had previously addressed the allegations in a public statement with the support of Acting Attorney General. He also appeared to be absent from work during this time.

A left-wing group has been seeking evidence related to Patel’s alleged excessive drinking habits, which some Democrats have used as a reason for considering his removal as FBI Director.

Additionally, comedian Jimmy Kimmel had referred to Patel’s job in the past tense on his show.
