He earned the nickname “America’s mayor” for his leadership during this time. In recent years, Giuliani has faced several challenges, including a defamation case in 2023.

On Friday, Giuliani appeared on his nightly online show, America’s Mayor Live, and mentioned that he was experiencing some health issues with his voice. His exact condition and prognosis are not yet known.

Former President Donald Trump recently praised Giuliani as a “true warrior” and New York’s best mayor. Trump also expressed regret over the treatment Giuliani received from Democrats, stating that they had “cheated on the elections” and “destroyed our Nation”.

Giuliani has been involved in several high-profile legal cases, including a defamation lawsuit against two former Georgia election workers, which he ultimately settled out of court. He was also facing criminal charges in Arizona related to the 2020 election when Trump issued him a pardon in November.
