The Yemeni armed group, Ansar Allah, also known as the Houthis, has stated that all options are on the table. The US-Israeli conflict with Iran continues to escalate, and the Houthis have maintained a neutral stance thus far. However, they have expressed their direct concern over the situation and indicated that they may take a position alongside Iran.
