Messi’s compensation package has increased significantly, with his total guaranteed compensation reaching $28.3 million. This represents a doubling of his previous base salary. The figure also includes additional income from endorsement deals and other sources.

In comparison, Son Heung-min, the second-highest-paid player in the league, has a base salary of $10.36 million, with total guaranteed compensation of $11.2 million.
