Man Charged in Trump Assassination Plot Admits He Didnt Think Hed Survive

A man has been charged in connection with a plot to assassinate former US President Donald Trump. According to the FBI, the suspect told investigators that he did not believe he would survive if he carried out the attack.

Additionally, a judge is questioning why the suspect of the shooting at the Correspondents’ Dinner was placed on suicide watch. The suspect’s treatment in the DC jail has also been compared to that of individuals involved in the US Capitol riot.

A court hearing for the suspect remains scheduled for Monday.
