US and Israeli Air Strikes Cause Aftermath in Iran Region

US and Israeli Forces Launch Airstrikes Against Iranian Infrastructure

A series of airstrikes was carried out by US and Israeli forces against Iranian oil infrastructure, resulting in significant damage to storage facilities and refining plants in Tehran. The strikes occurred on Saturday, with reports indicating that at least four people were killed.

The operation targeted several sites, including the Aghdasieh oil warehouse in northeast Tehran, the Tehran refinery in the south, and the Shahran oil depot in western Tehran. Additionally, an oil storage facility in Karaj city was also hit.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing oil from the Shahran depot flowing into nearby streets after the strikes. Iranian state media described the operation as an “attack from the US and the Zionist regime.”

The airstrikes are part of a joint military campaign between the US and Israel against Iran, which began on February 28. The conflict has resulted in over 1,300 fatalities in Iran and more than 390 in Lebanon, with approximately 390 reported casualties within Israeli borders.

This incident marks the ninth day of the ongoing military operation, with dense smoke engulfing Tehran’s skyline as a result of the strikes.
