US and Israeli forces face international scrutiny over Tehran strikes

Multiple Explosions Reported in Iran and Middle Eastern States

Explosions have been reported in various locations across Iran’s capital, Tehran, and other cities for the 13th consecutive day. The United States and Israel launched their military operations on February 28, which has led to ongoing conflict with Iranian retaliation.

According to Amir Saeid Iravani, Iran’s representative to the United Nations, at least 1,348 civilians have been reported killed in the conflict so far. The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate, with over 17,000 people injured in Iran since the start of the war.

UNICEF has described the situation as “catastrophic,” citing that more than 1,100 children have been injured or killed. The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) estimates that up to 3.2 million people have been displaced within Iran since the conflict began.

The figure is expected to continue rising due to ongoing hostilities. In Lebanon, Israeli attacks since March 2 have resulted in at least 687 deaths, including 98 children, according to Information Minister Paul Morcos.

Multiple sources report multiple explosions across various locations in Iran and other Middle Eastern states. The situation remains fluid as the conflict continues to escalate.
