Penn State Football Roster Takes Shape with Key Additions and Departures
The Penn State football program is continuing to round out its roster as the spring semester gets underway. James Madison kickoff specialist Tyler Duncan has committed to join the Nittany Lions, bringing his kicking expertise to the team. On the other hand, several players have decided to move on from their time in Happy Valley. Among those departing is linebacker Cam Smith, who is expected to land at Rutgers University. Defensive tackle Ty Cohen will be suiting up for Purdue University. The program has also seen defensive back Dayshaun Burnett announce his decision to join the University of Cincinnati. Running back Cam Wallace has secured a spot with the University of Arkansas, while offensive lineman Caleb Brewer will be competing in the NFL draft process. Offense and defense are also losing the talents of Caleb’s teammate, Cooper Cousins. The Nittany Lions have made several key additions as well. Defensive tackle Owen Aliciene has joined the program from the University of Wisconsin. The team is also gaining experience with Anthony Donkoh at offensive line. Meanwhile, tight end Malachi Goodman will be suiting up for West Virginia University. On offense, quarterback Caleb Brewer’s teammate and fellow lineman, Caleb’s teammate, Owen Aliciene, will be competing in the NFL draft process has left behind a talented player at the position, with defensive linemen Ty Cohen and DT Anthony Davis joining the team. RB Cam Wallace has secured a spot with the University of Arkansas. OL Anthony Donkoh has joined the program from Southern Methodist University.
