AI is a Double-Edged Sword for Gen Z
A new Gallup report, based on nearly 1,600 responses from people aged 14 to 29 across the US, reveals that Gen Z’s enthusiasm for AI has significantly decreased since last year, despite it being deeply ingrained in their daily lives. The poll found that only 18% of respondents expressed optimism about AI, while 22% felt resentful towards the technology. This shift in sentiment suggests that Gen Z is growing increasingly disillusioned with the benefits and limitations of artificial intelligence, forcing them to reevaluate its role in their lives.
