Google Tops $400 Billion in Annual Revenue for First Time
Alphabet, Google’s parent company, announced a significant milestone, reaching annual revenue of over $400 billion for the first time. This achievement is attributed to a 15% year-over-year increase in revenue, driven by growth in its cloud business and YouTube. The Cloud business itself achieved a notable run rate of $70 billion in 2025, while YouTube’s total revenue surpassed $60 billion, primarily from advertising and subscription models. CEO Sundar Pichai emphasized the significance of YouTube as the “number one streamer,” citing Nielsen data. The company has now expanded its reach to exceed multiple $400 billion revenue thresholds.
