Lego PC Brick Reborn as Supersized Homage to Classic Computer
Industrial designer Paul Staal has created a working desktop PC that’s a supersized tribute to the iconic computer brick from 1979. The “M2x2” is an 10 times larger than its original counterpart, featuring a 7-inch IPS touchscreen display and a range of additional components. Built largely around a Mac Mini, users can freely print the 3D case themselves at home. This nostalgic take on modern technology pays homage to the early days of computing while providing a unique and functional workspace.
