NASA Fixes Outlook Glitch for Commander in Space
The technical difficulties faced by NASA’s commander Reid Wiseman during his journey to the Moon on Artemis II have been resolved. As part of the mission’s livestream, Wiseman reported experiencing issues with Microsoft Outlook, specifically seeing two versions of the application that were not functioning. Mission Control was able to resolve the issue remotely by accessing Wiseman’s personal computing device, a Microsoft Surface Pro. In response to a press conference on Thursday, NASA stated that the problem is not uncommon, and the technical difficulties have been resolved.
