NASA's Artemis II Mission Breaks Records as Astronauts Fly Around Far Side of the Moon

The Orion spacecraft, carrying four astronauts on the Artemis II mission, has reached its maximum distance from Earth at 252,756 miles. On April 6th, NASA’s livestream will broadcast on YouTube and Netflix as the crew breaks a record for the farthest distance humans have traveled away from Earth during a planned drop in communications as Orion passes behind the Moon.
