Nvidia Unveils Enhanced DLSS Technology with AI-Driven Frame Generation

Nvidia has announced a significant update to its Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) technology, introducing a new 6x Multi Frame Generation mode that leverages artificial intelligence to generate up to five additional frames for every single rendered one. This feature is made possible by the second-generation Super Resolution transformer model, which improves image quality and reduces artifacts compared to its predecessor. Available today for all RTX-series GPUs, DLSS 4.5 will provide the most seamless experience on Nvidia’s latest high-end models, such as the RTX 40- and 50-series cards.
