Visible Offers $5 Outage Credit to Customers

Customers of Visible Wireless may be eligible for a $5 credit towards their next bill in response to a Verizon cell service outage earlier this week. A message sent to Visible customers, obtained by 9to5Google, states that the company is issuing the credit as an apology and can be redeemed starting January 16 when paying with a credit card online. The same offer was also shared on the Visible subreddit.
