X Money Rolls Out in US as Part of X's Everything App Ambition

X Money, a core component of Elon Musk’s vision for X as a comprehensive platform, is launching its payment services in the US starting today. The digital wallet and peer-to-peer payment system offers features similar to Venmo, including integration with Apple Wallet. Users can also earn interest on their balances through X Money, with eligible customers receiving up to a 6 percent Annual Percentage Yield (APY). Premium Plus subscribers are granted this benefit, while standard Premium users must meet a minimum deposit requirement to access the enhanced rate. The payment platform was previously restricted to an exclusive invite-only beta but is now expanding its availability.
