British Activists Acquitted in Raid on Israeli Defence Firms Factory

Six British Activists Found Not Guilty in Connection with Factory Raid

A UK court has delivered verdicts in a trial involving six British activists who participated in a 2024 raid on a factory operated by Israeli defence firm Elbit. The defendants, members of the now-banned organisation Palestine Action, were charged with aggravated burglary.

The incident occurred at Elbit’s factory, where the activists allegedly entered the premises and committed an act of vandalism. The prosecution alleged that the defendants had breached the law by entering the factory without permission.
