China Launches Shenzhou 23 Spacecraft with Astronauts Aboard

Beijing, China - China has launched the Shenzhou 23 spacecraft, carrying one of three astronauts who will spend a year in space. The mission marks an important step towards China’s goal of landing on the moon by 2030.

According to reports, the Shenzhou 23 spacecraft was launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China. On board are three Chinese astronauts: Wang Yaping, Chen Dong, and Liu Yang.
