Iran raises doubts on nuclear deal amid ongoing Lebanese conflict

Lebanon and Israel Reach Ceasefire Agreement in Washington DC

A new ceasefire agreement has been reached between Lebanese and Israeli officials in Washington DC, brokered by the US. Despite this announcement, Israel has continued to carry out strikes across Lebanon.

According to reports from the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon, at least 3,526 people have been killed and 10,733 wounded in Israeli attacks since March 2. The number of casualties continues to rise.

Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem has stated that the ceasefire agreement is not credible, calling it a “farce”. He warned that northern Israel will remain a target as long as Israeli forces continue bombing Lebanon.

Details of the ceasefire agreement have not been made public, but officials from both countries have confirmed its existence. The agreement aims to bring an end to the ongoing violence between Lebanon and Israel.

The situation remains fluid, with ongoing reports of attacks and casualties. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
