Sanae Takaichi Reappointed as Japans Prime Minister for Second Term

Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi has been formally reappointed by Emperor Naruhito, following the Liberal Democratic Party’s decisive win in a recent snap election. The party secured a landslide victory, ten days prior to the reappointment ceremony.
As part of the reappointment process, all cabinet members who were part of Takaichi’s administration have also been reinstated to their respective positions within the government.
