US Senator Lindsey Graham Visits UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi

Senator Lindsey Graham has met with UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi, where the two leaders were seen together at Qasr Al Shati. Footage and photographs of the encounter have been shared by the Presidential Court and WAM, the UAE’s official news agency.

On social media, Senator Graham addressed claims that the UAE president may be unwell. “To those who are perpetuating false narratives against the United Arab Emirates and President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed personally, you are full of it,” he stated. “Not only is he alive, but he is also well and as sharp as I’ve ever seen him.”

The comments follow a statement by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan earlier this month, who postponed his scheduled visit to the UAE due to concerns about the president’s health. However, Erdogan later deleted his statement.

Graham’s meeting with the UAE president comes after rumors about bin Zayed’s health spread online. The Presidential Court has released video footage of the encounter, showing the two leaders smiling together.
